Attorney William McClain of Dayton, OH; convicted felon

The state of Ohio presented William Allen McClain with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Pled guilty to two counts of Aggravated Assault, fourth-degree felonies, with firearm specifications
  • Pled guilty to Domestic Violence, a first-degree misdemeanor; c.
  • Pled guilty to two counts of Assault, first-degree misdemeanors
  • Pled guilty to Inducing Panic, a fifth-degree felony, with a firearm specification
  • Pled guilty with Using Weapons While Intoxicated, a first-degree misdemeanor
  • While at a bar with his girlfriend Jennifer Miller and some friends, Billy became intoxicated and belligerent
  • After leaving the bar, Billy slapped Ms. Miller and grabbed her by the arm
  • Billy and Ms. Miller and three of her girlfriends went to Billy’s house and after he became enraged and they exited from the front of the house, Billy pursued them with a gun

The only thing remaining is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Billy practices his so-called brand of law with the U.S. Department of the Air Force at 5135 Pearson Road, Wright-Patterson AFB in Greene County, Ohio.
