Attorney Jack Gibson Jr. of Clinton Township, MI; drunken felon

The state of Michigan presented Jack A. Gibson Jr. with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Wayne State University Thomas Cooley School of Law.

The Genesse County Hearing Panel #14 found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), third offense, a felony
• Convicted of 10 driving violations, including  driving while license suspended; registration/plate violation; driving without a license

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Jacki by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs in the amount of  $1 ,033.16.
