Attorney Robert Arenstein of Teaneck, NJ; scofflaw

The state of New Jersey provided Robert D. Arenstein with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from New York University NYU School of Law.

Bobby also obtained a license to practice in New York in 1973, the District of Columbia in 1976, and Florida in 1979.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Failed to treat with courtesy and consideration all persons involved in the legal process
  • Unlawfully obstructed another party’s access to evidence (scofflaw)
  • Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law in Teaneck, New Jersey.
