Attorney Donald Harman of La Crosse, WI; degenerate loser

 
The state of Wisconsin presented Donald J. Harman with a law license in 1960 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
 
The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found David guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Unlawfully endorsed a settlement check w/o any authorization to so act
  2. Failed to promptly notify client he was holding funds he was entitled too
  3. Failed to promptly deliver funds that lawfully belonged to another party
  4. Held funds in a trust account in which he had a personal interest
  5. Undertook a case despite having a conflict of interest
  6. Disbursing trust funds prior to an agreed severance of his personal interest in the funds
  7. Intentionally and w/o authorization revealed sensitive information relating his representation of a client (victim)
  8. Arranged for a meeting in violation of a no-contact court order
To prove that he would do whatever was necessary to get even with a prior client, Donnie sent the client’s confidential medical records to various persons in an effort to undermine her credibility.
 
As expected, this wasn’t Donald’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He had previously been disciplined four (4) times for professional misconduct. His prior disciplinary cases, like the one aforementioned, also involved a conflict of interest.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Donald by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Donnie continues to practice law in the La Crosse area.
