Attorney Howard Myerowitz of Fort Lee, NJ; scamming liar

The state of New Jersey presented Howard Z. Myerowitz with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Fordham University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Howie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Made false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Made misrepresentations to a United States federal court in the course of his representation of defendants in a trademark infringement suit
  • Knowingly disobeyed an order of a tribunal (Screw you, said Howie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary one-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Howie practices his so-called brand of law with the Song Law Firm LLC at 400 Kelby Street in For Lee, New Jersey.
