Attorney Christopher Neufeld of Alberta, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Alberta presented Christopher Roger Neufeld with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University Western Ontario School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Improperly used trust account to receive and disburse trust funds when no legal services were provided
  • Released funds from trust account without firs honoring trust conditions
  • Failed to properly maintain prescribed financial records
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Chris!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $25,000.00.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Chris practices at 120 Silvercreek Close NW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
