Attorney William Fuhgeh of Ontario, CAN; scamming loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presentedWilliam Ndze Fuhgeh with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from McGill University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Hearing Panel for the Law Society of Ontario found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly attempted to deceive Federal Court by filing false and deceptive affidavit
• Sham affidavit not properly commissioned
• Engaged in a pattern of harassing conduct towards Complainant A
• Filed unfounded complaint with the Children’s Aid Society that stated that Complainant A had almost suffocated their children and posed a danger to their child due to mental illness
• Sent threatening messages to Complainant A
• Wrote a letter to an Ottawa church alleging that Complainant A was malicious and dishonest
• Filed unfounded professional discipline complaint against Complainant A alleging she suffered from manic depressions, that she had abandoned her medications, and that she was addicted to painkillers
• Behaved dishonorably
• Engaged in conduct unbecoming a lawyer

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Committee.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Billy practices his so-called brand of law with the Fuhgeh Law Office at 529 Louis Toscano in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
