Attorney Kelly Scibelli of Boston, MA; moronic slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Kelly Scibelli with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the New England School of Law. Kelly also obtained a license to practice in the District of Columbia in 2007.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Kelly guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client legal matter
• Failed to make reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to confidential information contained therein
• Engaged in negligent behavior when she left client’s file in lobby of her apartment
• Filed a motion to withdraw and supporting affidavit that disclosed confidential information obtained in the representation of her client without her client’s consent or authorization
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to prepare exhibit books required for trial

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Kelly by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Kelly practices her so-called brand of law with McKenzie and Associates at 183 State Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
