Attorney Warren Denetsosie of Phoenix, AZ; slacker, loser

The state of Arizona presented Warren Denetsosie with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Warren guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved selfish or dishonest motive
• While suspended for non-payment of bar dues, Warren accepted representation of a client in a family court case
• He did not inform his client of the suspension and charged an advance fee
• Failed to communicate adequately
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Neglect of client matter, resulted in default judgment being entered against the client
• When the client hired another attorney to set the default judgment aside, Warren did not respond to requests for the client’s file

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and assessed $1,200.00 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Warren practices his so-called practice of law with The Law Office of Warren Denetsosie LLC at 2228 North 52^nd Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
