The state of Texas presented Kennitra M. Foote with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.
 
In December 2011 a panel of the District 4-A Grievance Committee found Richard guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to explain settlement offer to client
  2. Failed to abide by client’s decision regarding settlement offer
  3. Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of settlement funds
  4. Failed to promptly deliver settlement funds to client
  5. Failed to withdraw after being discharged by client
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the District 4-A Grievance Committee punished Kennitra by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Kennitra practices with Kennitra M. Foote & Associates at 113 Vine Street in Houston, Texas.
