Judge Ralph Winkler of Cincinnati, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Ralph Edward Winkler with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University School of Law.

The Ohio State Bar Association found Ralphie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to require court staff subject to Ralph’s control and direction to refrain from making statements that Ralph would be prohibited from making
  • Improperly made public statement that might reasonably be expected to affect the outcome or impair the fairness of a matter pending before Ralphie
  • Failed to require that the conduct of court staff and court officials under his management conducted themselves in accordance with the Code of Judicial Conduct
  • Failed to be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, court staff, court officials, and others with whom he dealt with in his official capacity
  • Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
  • Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
  • Failed to uphold and apply the law (scofflaw)
  • Failed to perform all duties of judicial office fairly and impartially

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Brian by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Brian practices his so-called brand of law with Taubman Law at 1444 West 25th in Cleveland, Ohio.
