Attorney Kevin Fogle of Norristown, PA; ethical troll

The state of Pennsylvania presented Kevin C. Fogle with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Failed to withdraw from representation of a client when withdrawal was required
  • Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds
  • Failed to promptly deliver the monies
  • Failed to comply with the recordkeeping requirements
  • Failed to protect the client’s interest on termination of representation
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kevin!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
