Attorney David Lunn of Phoenix, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented David Wilson Lunn with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from University of Southern California (USC) School of Law.
The Arizona State Bar found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
-
Previously, Davey received an admonition with probation for frivolously engaging in litigation with and acting unprofessionally toward John Keller
-
Here, Davey employed the same tactics in more litigation with Keller
-
Davey moved to dismiss a count of Keller’s complaint but delayed serving notice of the filing to Keller.
-
Was dilatory in arranging a court-ordered settlement conference and in giving the court a proposed form of an order
-
Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
-
Failed to provide verifications to interrogatory answers in three suits despite Keller’s repeated demands for them
-
In a negligent construction case Davey tried to bully Keller into surrendering for inspection sections of pipe related to water leaks, threatening to exclude them from evidence, without adhering to protocols established by rules of procedure
-
Davey sued Keller in Justice Court for declaratory relief notwithstanding that Justice Courts lack jurisdiction over such claims, causing Keller to file a motion to dismiss it
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed $1,200.00 in investigative costs.
As we speak (ca. December 2023), Davey practices his so-called practice of law with DKL Law PLL at 1625 West Frye Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
