Attorney Rebecca Johnson of Bridgeport, CT; ethical troll

The state of Connecticut provided Rebecca Johnson with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Becky guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Becky!)
• Becky encouraged the arrest of Ms. Castillo for custodial interference by misrepresenting the status of the visitation document upon which the arrest was based
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Becky’s statement to the police officer that the order was valid was false because it
• Becky failed to disclose material facts to the police officer when disclosure was necessary to avoid assisting a fraudulent act by her client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Becky by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Becky practices her so-called brand of law in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
