The state of Delaware presented Andre M. Beauregard with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Delaware Supreme Court found Andre guilty of the following misconduct.

Andre’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to supervise employee conduct with respect to the maintenance of the firms books and records
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failure to safeguard client funds resulted in the theft of $140,000 by an employee
• Failed to promptly distribute funds owing to clients for over six months
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Andre by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Andre’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Failed to take reasonable action to correct known books & records violations
• Misrepresented his law firm’s compliant on his Certificate of Compliance as to recordkeeping practices
  Engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Andre by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Andre practices his so-called brand of law at 148 South Bradford Street in Dover, Delaware.
