Attorney Richard Bambl of Visalia, CA; moronic loser

The state of California presented Richard Helmut Bambl with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from  the San Joaquin School of Law in Fresno.

The State Bar Court found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct harmed significantly a client, the public, or the administration of justice
• Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to advise client of consequences of overstaying his visitor visa
• Failed to respond to Request for Evidence
• Failed to refund $5,000 in unearned fees to the client at the time of termination (cheater)
• Failed to refund promptly any part of a fee paid in advance that has not been earned
• Intentionally, recklessly, and repeatedly failed to perform with competence (moron)
• Incompetence led to client being unable to obtain visa to carry out his work activities in the United States

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation and assessed investigative costs of $3,558.00.
