Attorney Weon Kim of McLean, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Weon Geun Kim with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. Weon also obtained a license to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia in 2017.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Weon guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to deposit all fund in one or more identifiable trust accounts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Weon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Weon practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Weon Geun Kim at 8200 Greensboro Drive in McLean, Virginia.
