Attorney Michael Morrison of Buffalo, NY; ethical goblin

The state of New York presented Michael M. Morrison with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the State University of New York Buffalo School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Neglected client legal matter
• Failed to maintain client funds in separate account
• Failed to maintain complete records
• Failed to render appropriate accountings of funds received
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to this clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law at 735 Delaware Road in Buffalo, New York.
