Attorney David Roosa of Delran, NJ; deceitful loser  

The state of New York presented David Charles Roosa with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Falsely notarized documents
• Engaged in frivolous conduct
• Attempted to mislead and deceive court
• Failed to provide client with receipt of statement client’s rights and responsibilities
• Accepted partial fee before entering into a retainer agreement with a client in a matrimonial matter
• Improperly accepting and used payment on deceased client’s behalf for filing fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 3001 Route 130 in Delran, New Jersey.
