Attorney Joseph Denson of Meridian, MS; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented Jospeh Anthony Denson with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Southern University School of Law. Joey also received a license to practice in Mississippi in 2008.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Joey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to file a response to opposing parties Motion for Summary judgement on behalf of his client
• Failed to notify his client the lawsuit had been dismissed by the trial court as a result of the Motion for Summary Judgement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Joey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.densonandassociates.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Josey practices his so-called brand of law with Denson & Associates at 1931 23^rd Street in Meridian, Mississippi.
