Attorney Jay F. Gibson of Freeport, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas provided Jay F. Gibson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from University of Houston Law School.

In the past, Jay sat as a District Court Judge in Brazos County, Texas.

During his tenure on the bench, Jay found it convenient to exceed and misuse his judicial authority by pursing frivolous grievances and criminal charges against the District Attorney, several Texas Rangers, and the Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Jay was upset about the ongoing investigation and prosecution of a high-profile aggravated kidnapping case then pending in his court that was involved the aforementioned parties and DPS.

Jay used his office and official judicial letterhead to initiate investigations and to focus public attention, through the media and the Legislature, on alleged problems within the District Attorney’s office and with the Texas Rangers.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him with complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. June 2012) Jay is employed as an attorney by Dow Chemical in Freeport, Texas.
