Solicitor Glynn Williams of Tasmania; moronic slacker

The Law Society of Tasmania provided Glynn Francis Moate Williams with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Tasmania School of Law.

The Legal Profession Board of Tasmania found Glynn guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional misconduct
  • Offered to settle client dispute with another person on the condition that the other person withdraw a criminal
  • complaint that person which was pending before a court
  • Failed to reach or maintain reasonable standard of competence (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Profession Board punished Glynn by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Glynn practices his so-called brand of law at 5B Reibey Street, Ulverstone, Tasmania.
