Judge Gilberto E. Rosas of Brownsville, TX; ethical elf

The state of Texas provided Wallace Bowman with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The Texas State Bar found Gilberto guilty of the following misconduct while

While sitting as a judge in Brownsville, Gilberto conducted hearing on motions to enforce child support orders after acting as legal counsel of record in a prior court proceeding in the same case.

Now you’ve got to be one unethical loser to preside over a family court case when you previously represented one of the parties in the same case. Of course Gilberto could claim that he’s just a total Moron and wasn’t aware of the meaning of the term “conflict of interest.”

This is just another example of a Judicial Misfit being able to remain on the bench compliments of the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court.

As we speak (June 2012) Gilberto at 974 East Harrison Street in Brownsville, Texas.
