Former Judge Janet Littlejohn of Boerne, TX; alleged man hating loser

The state of Texas presented Janet P. Littlejohn with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from South Texas College of Law.

A complaint alleges that Janet engaged in the following misconduct involving a custody and visitation matter, while she was sitting as a 150th District Court Judge in San Antonio, Texas.

  • Unfairly stripped non-custodial father of custody and visitation rights
  • Gave preferential treatment to the custodial mother who once abandoned her children
  • Non-custodial father filed for custody of his children after the custodial mother abandoned them for a period of several months
  • Janet refused to communicate directly with the father
  • Janet rendered custody decision without any questions being asked and without seeing proof of neglect and abuse of children while in custodial mother's care
  • Janet changed visitation orders for no reason at all
  • Janet told the father's attorney that the father "is too obsessed with wanting to see his child"

As one would suspect, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the State Commission on Judicial Conduct never took any action against Janet for the claimed misconduct set forth above.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Janet practices her so-called brand of law at 229 Wild Turkey Blvd in Boerne, Texas.
