Judge Clyde Howse of Hondo, TX; misogynistic loser

The state of North Dakota presented Mary E. Seaworth with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Clyde guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous in his judicial capacity
• Made sexual advances through text messages to Ms. Andrea Pope, Chief Deputy Clerk for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1
• Requested Ms. Pope’s cell phone number
• Failed to perform judicial duties without bias or prejudice
• Through his words and conduct engaged in a pattern of sexual harassment towards women
• Engaged in willful and persistent conduct that is clearly inconsistent with the proper performance of his duties
• Cast public discredit on the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits and Misogynists sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Clyde by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Clyde continues to dispense his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3, Hondo, Medina County, Texas.
