Attorney David Cording of Hebron, NE; convicted pervert

The state of Nebraska presented David E. Cording with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of third degree sexual assault
• Sexual assault conviction reversed on appeal
• Convicted of public indecency
• Solicited uncover police to engage in a sexual act in a public place
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Davey previously convicted of sexual battery in the district court for Saline County, Kansas

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Davey practices his so-called brand of at 416 Eads Road in Hebron, Nebraska.
