Attorney Mark Harrington of Houston, TX; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Mark Edward Harrington with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep his client reasonably informed about the status of his legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with reasonable requests for information about client’s case
• Failed to refund any advance payments of fees that had not been earned (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed $1,000.00 in investigative costs.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Mark fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.harringtonlawfirm.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
