Attorney Michael Siewert of Columbus, OH; moronic repeater  The state of Ohio presented Michael Howard Siewert with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School.
In December 2011, Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Gordon guilty of the following misconduct.
After agreeing to represent a client in a divorce case; Michael paid for her chemical dependency treatments and then engaged in a sexual relationship with her. This gives a new meaning to getting screwed by an unethical lawyer.
And this wasn’t Mike’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 1988 he received a complimentary stayed 18-month suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct
Mike’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defenses
Mike had the gall to defend his conduct before the Supreme Court by claiming that the loss of his wife to cancer just before he screwed his client caused him to suffer from depression. According to Mike, to overcome the depression of his wife’s death he decided to screw a client. How cool is that? As could be expected the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court accepted Mike’s BS defense in mitigation of his misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Michael by gifting him with a stayed 6-month suspension of his law license. In truth, the comics sitting on the Court didn’t really provide any punishment to Michael.
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Michael practices law at 307 East Livingston in Columbus, Ohio.
