Judge Dennis Humphrey of Kingston, TN; drunken loser

The Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct found Denny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Pled guilty of driving under the influence (DUI)

• Denny cited for failure to use due care
• Charged for having an open container of alcohol
• Denny collided with another automobile in Roane County
• Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
• Conduct brought judiciary into disrepute

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits and Drunks sitting on the Judicial Conduct Board punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension from the bench.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Denny practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a General Sessions Court Judge in Kingston, Tennessee, albeit with the condition that he appears and/or feigns being sober.
