Attorney Pablo Garcia of Worcester, MA; moronic loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Pablo Casas Garcia with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the Massachusetts  School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved commercial lease dispute
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Was unfamiliar with lease negotiations
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on fitness to practice
• Lacked experience in landlord-tenant matters
• Violated trust requirements before taking fee from IOLTA account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Pablo.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Pablo practices his so-called brand of law with the Casas Garcia Law Firm at 340 Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.
