Former Judge June Shepardson of Moravia, NY; thieving loser

The State Commissionon Judicial Conduct found June guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was a Justice of the Moravia Town and Village Courts, Cayuga County.

• Alleged to have converted (stolen) $6,000 in court funds from the Town and Village of Moravia

Rather than await a decision from the Judicial Commission that would like have led to her being tossed off the bench, June did what most cowardly Judicial Misfits do, she resigned and agreed to never seek a judicial office in New York for the balance of her life.

And lastly, because Judicial Misfits in New York are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, June has never been charged with felony grand theft.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), it is rumored that June has an application pending for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 297 Grant Avenue in Auburn, New York.
