St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri provided Kim Gardner with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Kimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise underlings
  • Unintentionally failed to produce documents to a judge for review
  • Failed to correct misstatements from her contracted investigator during an investigation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Kimmy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and a $750.00 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Kimmy continues to practice her so-called brand of law as the Circuit Attorney in St. Louis, Missouri.
