Attorney Rebecca Covell of Phoenix, AZ; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Rebecca Lynn Covell with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Becky guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Told court she could not remember answer to question despite knowing the answer
• Misconduct involved a dishonest motive
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Becky by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $100.00.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Becky practices her so-called brand of law R 2901 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
