Attorney Ryan Huttar of Warrenton, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Ryan Huttar with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Ryan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Ryan!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Ryan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Ryan practices his so-called brand of law with Huttar Law PLC at 59 Culpeper Street Warrenton, Virginia.
