Attorney Kristen Boldt of West Des Moines, IA; ethical troll

The state of Iowa presented Kristen A. Boldt with a law license after he graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Kristy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to abide by client’s decisions concerning objectives of the representation
• Failed to consult with the client as to the means by which client objectives were to be pursued
• Improperly withdrew from client representation
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kristen!)
• Client was harmed as a result of Kristen’s misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Kristy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kristy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website atwww.iowacollaborativedivorce.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Kristy practices her so-called brand of law Sellers Galenbeck & Nelson at 4201 in West Des Moines, Iowa.
