The state of California provided James B. Canalez with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Central California College School of Law in Fresno, a 5th tier crapper
 
The California Bar Court found James guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to complete legal services for clients (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide written fee agreements to clients
  3. Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
  4. Failed to keep clients informed of developments in their case
  5. Failed to take steps to avoid prejudice to his clients after he was fired
Two of Jimmy’s clients had to sue him in small claims court to obtain the fees he retained but had not earned. Subsequently, Jimmy paid them the $1,500 and $1,200 he owed to them.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished James by gifting him with a 1-year stayed suspension of his law license. In truth, Jimmy didn’t receive any real punishment from the comedians sitting on the California Bar Court.
