Solicitor Terrence Sullivan of New South Wales; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Terrence Anthony Sullivan with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Terry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failure to comply with a Section 660 Notice (Up yours, said Terry!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2023 Terry practices his brand of law with Sullivan Fernan Lawyers at 235 Clarence Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
