Attorney Nathan Clark of Albany, CA; convicted drunk

The state of California presented Nathan Daly Clark with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation. 

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Nate practices his so-called brand of law at 1439 Marin Avenue in Albany, California.
