Attorney Jason Guetzkow of Washington, DC; moron

 
The state of California provided Jason Seymour Guetzkow with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of California at Berkeley.
 
The California Bar Court found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent legal services (moron)
  2. Failed to return numerous phone calls from clients
  3. Failed to return unearned fees (crook)
  4. Moved his office without notifying his clients (victims)
  5. Failed to return client file to client after he was fired
  6. Failed to respond to Bar Court’s inquiries (Jason said ‘Up Yours!)
  7. Refused to sign the required substitution form on behalf of the replacement attorney
  8. Failed to take steps to avoid prejudice to his clients
Jason’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defense
 
As is the case with the vast majority of Attorney Misfits in California, Jason had the gall to defend his conduct by claiming he suffered from depression. As usual, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court bought Jason’s BS and credited him with mitigation.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Jason by gifting him with a 90-day suspension of his law license.
Refused to cooperate with the Bar’s investigation
 
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Jason presently practices at the Palisades Title Company at 4315 50th Street NW in Washington, D.C.
