Attorney Calvin Tregre Jr. of Cincinnati, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio presented Calvin Sylvester Tregre Jr. with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law.

The Ohio Disciplinary Counsel has charged Calvin with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly failed to disclose material fact to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Calvin!)
• Failed to send letter to University of Cincinnati Health Drake Center as promised
• Failed to file inventory or certificate of fee agreement with probate court
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to appear before probate court to show cause why an inventory had not been filed with the court
• Failed to complete investigation of client wrongful death action
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to keep client informed about status of matter

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted to Calvin by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
