Attorney Edward Collins of Wayland, MA; moronic slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Edward J. Collins with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Serial neglect of client matters
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Embarked on pursuing frivolous litigation
• Violated numerous state and federal court orders (Screw you, said Eddie!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to properly to appeal adverse state court judgments on behalf of his clients
• Failed to properly communicate with his clients
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under tribunal’s rules
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Eddie practices his so-called brand of law in Wayland, Massachusetts.
