Attorney Amanda Andrews of Port Clinton, OH; drunk, serial criminal

The state of Ohio presented Amanda Ann-Carmen Andrews with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law.

  • Responding officer observed Amanda turn directly in front of a semi-truck and then failed to yield to the officer
  • Office observed Amanda’s speech to be slurred, and her breath had a strong odor of alcohol
  • A partially-full bottle of Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka was found in Amanda’s car
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators
  • Charged with Obstruction of Official Business, second-degree misdemeanor
  • Charged with Child Endangering, first-degree misdemeanor
  • Charged with Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle, fourth-degree misdemeanor
  • Charged with Driving Under Suspension, first-degree misdemeanor
  • Charged with Failure to Yield, fourth-degree misdemeanor
  • Pled guilty to Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Obstruction of Official Business, Driving Under Suspension, and Failure to Yield
  • Sentenced to 90 days in jail for Obstructing Official Business
  • Amanda failed to report to jail and the court issued bench warrant for her arrest
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Found in contempt of court
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Knowingly made false statement of fact or law to a tribunal (Up yours, said Amanda!)
  • Amanda charged with Violating a Protection Order, third-degree felony
  • Amanda charged with Menacing by Stalking, fourth-degree felony
  • Amanda charged with Nonsupport of Dependents, fifth-degree felony

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Amanda by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Amanda practices her so-called brand of law at 58 Grande Lake Drive in Port Clinton, Ohio.
