U.S. Judge Aileen Cannon of Fort Pierce, FL; incompetent boob

Unfortunately, the state of Florida presented Aileen Mercedes (should be Ford Etzel Cannon with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law.

It is indeed hard to believe that Aileen graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law given its sterling reputation as one of America’s Premier Schools. Given her gross incompetence one would have thought that she attended the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

In a never-ending attempt to further establish her bona fides as one of if not America’s most incompetent federal judge, Aileen recently (ca. August 2023) an order that Justice Department Special Counsel Jack Smith explain to her the legality of his office using a DC grand jury in the Mar-a-Lago document theft case involving Donald Trump.

Apparently, the Michigan Law School did not offer classes in the separation of power doctrine while Aileen was a classmate from 2004 to 2007. If in fact that is the case, then I would respectfully suggest that Aileen should demand a refund for the tuition that her dad paid on her behalf.

It is well known to any competent attorney that it is entirely within the legal authority and mandate of the Federal Administrative Branch regarding impaneling and use of grand juries, and that such authority is entirely outside the scope of the federal judiciary.

What is sad and disturbing regarding Aileen’s gross incompetence and bias toward her mentor Donald Trump is the fact that since she was born in 1981, there’s a distinct possibility that she’ll be on the bench for another forty or fifty years. This means Floridians in the Fort Pierce area will be subjected to being judged by someone who is an unmitigated intellectual midget.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Aileen continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a U.S. District Court Judge in Fort Pierce, Florida.
