Attorney Bozdar Ljiljanic of Ontario, CAN; sexual assault convict

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Bozdar Dragan Ljiljanic with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Western Ontario School of Law.

The Disciplinary Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Upper Canada found Bozdar guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of two counts of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Convicted of one count of sexual assault
• Failed to report the criminal charges to the Law Society as required to do
• Criminal offenses were serious and caused harm to others
• Engaged in conduct unbecoming a lawyer (Prey tell!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Bozdar by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and assessed $1,000.00 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Bozdar practices her so-called brand of law at 120 Fairview Road in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
