Attorney Thomas Agresti of Seattle, WA; scamming loser

The state of Colorado provided Thomas J. Agresti with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Recklessly exercised unauthorized dominion and control over his client’s funds despite not earning the funds
• Due to Tommy’s conduct his client suffered damages in the amount of $27,500.00
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest involving a client
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Tommy practices his so-called brand of law with Critical Mission Consulting LLC at 1425 Broadway in Seattle, Washington.
