Attorney Brian Rush of Tampa, FL; cheating loser

The state of Florida provided Brian P. Rush with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to follow his client’s directives
  • Placed his personal pecuniary interests ahead of the client’s stated goals in connection with his representation of the client in an eminent domain case
  • Attempted to charge and collect a clearly excessive fee (cheater)
  • Engaged in conduct that was prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Failed to act fairly with opposing party and counsel
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Brian practices his so-called brand of law with Woodlief & Rush at 3411 West Fletcher Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
