Attorney L. Nicole Hamilton of Rincon, GA; cheating loser

The state of Florida presented Jonathan Clement Zisser with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to return unearned legal fees to a client after her discharge (cheater)
  • Failed to pay that client’s subsequent fee arbitration award in a timely manner
  • Failed to adequately communicate with her client
  • Failed to follow client instructions in handling his case
  • Failed to appear at a hearing in the client’s case
  • Failed to take steps to the extent reasonably practicable to protect a client’s interests
  • Failed to pay the fee arbitration award to her client for a significant period of time

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Nicole by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Nicole practices her so-called brand of law at 420 Seabreeze Drive in Rincon, Georgia.
