Attorney Monica Mann of Wetumpka, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented Monica Gay Mann with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Faulkner University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Monica guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on her fitness to practice law
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to return original deed to client after failing to properly perform on the client’s behalf

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Monica by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Monica practices her so-called brand of law in Wetumpka, Alabama.
