Attorney Paul Valentino of Bloomfield Hills, MI; thieving loser

The state of Michigan presented Paul G. Valentino with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law.

The Attorney Discipline Board found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • While representing an individual in a first-party automobile accident claim, Paulie failed to have an executed contingent fee agreement in writing and provided to the client
  • Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
  • Paulie charged and attempted to collect an illegal fee (crook)
  • Represented a client where the representation was materially limited by the respondent’s responsibilities to another client

And lastly, as one would suspect, Paulie fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.valentionlawpc.com.  Apparently, Paulie chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $3,138.15.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Paulie practices his so-called brand of law with Paul G. Valentino JD, PC at 43494 Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
