Attorney Don Scott Jr. of Portsmouth, VA; cheating loser

The state of Virginia presented Don Leonard Scott Jr. with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

FYI: Donnie is the senior Democrat in the Virginia House of Delegates.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Donnie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to deposit client funds into his designated attorney trust account
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain receipts and disbursements journals for each trust account
• Failed to maintain proper records of deposits of client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Donnie practices his so-called brand of law at in Arlington, Virginia.
